Bring new unwrapped toys to First & Main during the Holiday Walk on Sunday, December 6 from 12 – 5 p.m. and help us stuff the Humvee with toys for military families in need this holiday season. Uniformed reservists will be on site to accept the donations and families are invited to participate in the activities on site that day including: horse drawn carriage rides, caroling, a hot cocoa bar, crafts and the opportunity to send a holiday card and special messages to our troops!
Toys will also be accepted at the Hudson Visitor Center located at 89 First Street, Suite 205 from November 27 through December 6, Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
From November 27 through December 6 we will be collecting snowflakes with holiday and inspirational messages for active military in all divisions. The snowflakes will be distributed to active units via NEOPAT and their partners in an effort to bring holiday cheer to those that are protecting our freedom around the world. We invite all families, schools and community groups throughout Northeast Ohio to join in this operation and create snowflakes at home with messages and bring them to the Hudson Visitor Center located at 89 First Street, Suite 205 from November 27 through December 6. There will be snowflakes available to write messages on during the Hudson Holiday Walk on December 6 and at the Hudson Visitor Center or click the link below to download a snowflake pattern to work on at home!
