Luxury Auto Show Revs Up at First & Main
HUDSON, OH (July 2, 2007) – The First Annual First & Main Luxury Auto Show, sponsored by Laurel Lake Retirement Community in Hudson, will be held Friday, Aug. 10, through Sunday, Aug. 12, and is open to the public. Visitors can admire more than 40 new luxury cars ‘on parade’ along First Street and around First & Main’s Green. Vehicles to be showcased include Porsche, Audi, BMW, VW, Cadillac and Lexus.
“First & Main is the ideal atmosphere for a Luxury Auto Show with our mix of pedestrian oriented streets and green space,” said Regan Gettens, property manager. ”We are looking forward to a successful show, and making this an annual event at First & Main. The entire weekend is sure to provide entertainment for the whole family with the luxury cars, music, shopping and dining.”
The event will coincide with the Aug. 10, Friday Night Music Night featuring Punch the Clown. Voted Cleveland’s Premier Cover Band by Scene Magazine, Punch The Clown will play Neil Diamond, Rick Springfield, 3 Doors Down and many other current and classic favorites from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m.
Entertainment continues on Saturday, Aug. 11 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. when guests can meet WKDD morning show host, Angela, and spin the WKDD prize wheel.
Participating auto dealerships include Burt Greenwald Chevrolet, Cascade Auto Group, Clarke VW, Dave Towell Cadillac/Saab, Dave Walter BMW/VW, Falls Dodge, Ganley Ford/Toyota/Mercedes, Kent Lincoln/Mercury/Mazda, and Lexus of Akron/Canton.
