“Dog Day Afternoons” at Vue Restaurant July 8 and 22To Benefit the Humane Society of Greater Akron
Hudson, Ohio, June 26, 2007: Tired of the dog park? Sundays, July 8 and 22 from 1 to 4 PM (weather permitting) are Dog Day Afternoons at Vue Restaurant to benefit the Humane Society of Greater Akron. As long as Fido or Fifi play well with others they can relax on Vue’s patio while their owners enjoy a favorite cold beverage. Water stations and complimentary dog treats will provided by The Lucky Pup. Prizes provided by Hudson Hydrant Dog Boutique will be awarded for Best Dressed Dog, Look Alike (dog and owner), and David and Goliath (largest and smallest dog).. Activities such as pet massages, training tips and photos are being planned on different Sundays. The Humane Society of Greater Akron will be on site offering pets for adoption.
A portion of the restaurants proceeds from the patio and voluntary contributions will be donated to the Humane Society of Greater Akron.
