FIRST & MAIN WELCOMES FITNESS TOGETHERPersonal training studio to open at downtown Hudson Shopping District
HUDSON (February 2, 2007) – When Fitness Together opens at First & Main Shopping District in late March, Northeast Ohioans will be able to start a personal training routine much like the enviable one-on-one training of celebrities. What used to be thought of as an unattainable luxury is not anymore, thanks to the new personal training studio.
Fitness Together provides their clients with quality, private, one on one, personal fitness training with the philosophy, “One client, One trainer, One goal.” And what is truly unique and comforting about Fitness Together is that it feels more like going to the spa than the gym. Individuals make appointments, rather than buying a membership, and pick a package or individual sessions.
Fitness Together’s one-on-one training program offers a safe, effective way to help women and men achieve their fitness goals in a friendly, non-threatening atmosphere. The private training rooms, individualized programs, and motivating atmosphere set Fitness Together apart from other gyms. Another key benefit, working one-on-one puts an emphasis on proper technique and decreases the risk of injury. In addition, clients are offered the benefits of personalize nutrition programs and fitness assessments.
The nearly 1500 square foot space Fitness Together will occupy is located at First & Main next to Fast Frame. The three room studio where clients will be trained one-on-one by certified personal trainers includes a cardio room with state of the art cardio equipment. As long as a guest has an appointment scheduled, they are free to use the cardio room as often as they like.
Co-owners Jonathan Slain and Michael Hall are excited about the opening of their first Fitness Together location, with hopes to open more locations in Northeast Ohio in the coming years. Slain and Hall decided on First & Main because of the positive feeling they got when in Hudson.
“I was looking for a home in Hudson,” said Hall. “When we visited the area and experienced First & Main, we knew this was the location for us.”
“We like the feel of First & Main and everyone here is extremely helpful and welcoming. The community is just as excited about our concept as we are,” co-owner Jonathan Slain stated. “Being a part of First & Main allows us to create a centrally located fitness option for this community.”
